Toggle Left – Manual On: Lights turn on immediately and will turn off when battery discharges.Lights turn off either after 6 hours or at dawn. Toggle Right – Auto On: Lights turn on at dusk.Locate the Toggle Switch on the back of Solar Panel.Press Power button on back of Solar Panel to turn on.After charging time has elapsed, connect String Light Cord to Solar Panel Cord, then connect Solar Panel Cord to Solar Panel.Charge Solar Panel in direct sunlight for at least 6 hours.Adjust the position of the Solar Panel using the thumbscrew at the panel’s base.Thread the panel shaft onto Ground Stake.With a rubber mallet (not included), tap the Ground Stake into the ground.Confirm that the location is clear of lines, cables and conduits.The location should not be near nighttime light sources such as porch lights or streetlights as this will cause the panel to remain off. Choose a location that receives full, direct sunlight a minimum of 8 hours a day. Decide where you want to place the Solar Panel.Read the ENTIRE IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS section at the beginning of this manual including all text under subheadings therein before set up or use of this product.
